Brief Program Description: Based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method, Certificate in Advanced Eyelash Extension program is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and practical techniques of advanced eyelash extension in order to prepare students for a career in Beauty industry.

Admission Requirements:

1.One valid government issued picture ID.
2.Diploma requirement:High school diploma or equivalent.
3.Age Restriction: Below 19 years old must have parental permission.
4. English Language Proficiency:Pass East West College English Entrance Exam above 70%.
5. All students must submit proof of adequate medical coverage before being permitted to enroll in a program.
6. Industry recognized Eyelash Extension or Esthetician certificate/diploma;Or East West College Skincare Technician certificate or East West College Classic Eyelash Extension certificate or equivalent.

Learning Objectives:

1.Understand the importance of eyelash grafting, eyelash grafting development history and trends;
2. Explain the knowledge of classification and selection skills of eyelashes and grafting tools, cognition of the growth cycle of eyelashes;
3. Acquire design tips and grafting techniques for different eyelash shapes and various styles, learn about the secrets of eyelash grafting angle and warping;
4. Describe the safety instructions for correct grafting sanitation and disinfection, acquire the knowledge of Infection control, Health and Safety, Client care and tool hygiene, Implement storage and clean up;
5. Know how to apply on a client’s face.
